We need a dog friend

I am looking for a friend for me and my medium sized dog. And if you are reading this I hope you can help. About us: We live in a small apartment with 2 other humans and 2 old, cranky cats. We have a small yard, but we go to the dog park almost everyday because it's only a block away. I am disabled, so I am almost always home. And when I leave I usually take my dog with me. Also, if you are out of our area, don't worry. We love a good road trip:) This is what we are looking for: female small to medium size (10lbs to 35lbs) 1 to 4 yrs old playful gets along with other dogs AND cats potty trained no behavior issues (chewing, getting into garbage, etc) IMPORTANT: I will pay a rehoming fee of no more than $50. I say this not because I am cheap, but because I want to rescue a dog. Not buy a dog. I want a dog who is a good dog but her humans can't take care of her anymore and just want her to go to a good home. I have no issue with compensating for collar, toys, bowl, etc. But I will not pay for someone to profit financially from selling a pet. I just want to give a good home to a good dog.
