Diagonal Road near hwy 53, Rathdrum ID

Description

Lucina, (Lucy) ran away in Rathdrum Idaho from Diagonal Road last Saturday. She is an 18lb, tall, leggy Chihuahua/Xolo dog, dark brown with tan markings like a miniature pinscher. She slipped out of her collar but may be wearing a fuchsia pink harness. SHE IS CHIPPED. Last seen on 7/24/21 by the Rathdrum Les Schwab and the Fire Dept.
