Job Description The Machine Operator works in a climate controlled environment loading the production machine with supplies, packing and palletizing product, and completing paperwork. One-on-one on-the-job training is provided in a safe and supportive work environment. Earn $12.75 to $13.75 per hour dependent on shift. Inquire about our sign-on/attendance bonus program. Job Responsibilities Load machine with supplies. Pack product. Palletize product. Complete paperwork. Ability to lift 50 lbs three times a day. Ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift with additional optional overtime.
