A wonderful Asheville family is looking for a full time family assistant: Our beloved family assistant of over 2 years transitioned on excellent terms (due to pandemic) and is willing to be a reference for us. We are looking for a highly qualified individual who has experience nannying infants and toddlers. Our sweet baby boy will be 7 months old at the time of hire. Our 3.5 year old girl/boy twins are both SUPER happy kids, day time potty trained, and starting preschool in the fall. Someone who is calm, grounded, and powerfully present with toddlers & newborns would be a great fit for our family. This position is not limited exclusively to childcare as it also involves Housekeeper/Personal Assistant tasks. The twins will be in school 9am-2pm M-Th, and during that time the main focus will be caring for the baby and taking care of additional tasks. Tentative start date of September 7, 2021 (flexible by a few weeks earlier or later). - $25-$30/hr Depending on Experience - 30-40 Hours/Week, Guaranteed Hours - 1 Year Minimum Commitment Requested - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 4 Paid Major Holidays & 5 Paid Sick Days - COVID-19 Vaccination or Very Low Risk Lifestyle - Resume, Previous Child Care Experience & References Required - Must Be Calm, Grounded, Efficient & Detail Oriented Our family thrives on scheduled routine, healthy whole food nutrition, time in nature, non-electronic toys and self-directed play.
