The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property (or properties), and for ensuring its efficient operation on a day-to-day basis in a roving (as needed) capacity. Due to the nature of the property management industry, this position must be available to work the last day and first day of each month which may occur on a weekend. In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) Responsibilities: Responsible for apartment turns General appearance and maintenance of the property Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium  Qualifications: At least 5 years of previous maintenance experience at apartment community preferred Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience necessary HVAC and EPA experience strongly preferred CPO Certified a plus Experience with invoices/purchase orders strongly preferred Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to work on-call required Valid driver’s license and insurance required About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees. As long-term owners, we have been committed to providing housing solutions for more than four decades.
