We are looking for energetic employees to perform general labor duties around a Recycling Company. As a recycling sorter for our team you will be assigned to go through recyclable material such as plastics, paper, glass and cardboard. Schedule: 1st Shift · Monday / Friday · 4:30AM -1:00PM 2nd Shift · Monday / Friday · 1:00PM - 9:00PM Pay rate: 15 /hr. Responsibilities: • Assist other sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items. • Follow all Company safety policies and procedures, including stopping the conveyor belt in emergency situations. • Inspect incoming loads for unacceptable waste; remove unacceptable items as required. • Communicate with equipment operators regarding incoming loads of special waste or other loads that require special attention. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
