GENERAL HELPER – HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE/PERSONAL ERRANDS JOB SUMMARY The owner of a nutraceuticals company requires assistance with personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc., as well as the upkeep and maintenance of his tri-level Newport Beach family home. The following services are required: Clean, sanitize and organize the residence, inclusive of all living and social areas, related surfaces, furnishings, and equipment, in a manner consistent with the owner’s specifications and standards, to promote and maintain a functional, safe environment. ✔Clean & Dust removal of all accessible surfaces, furnishings & equipment. ✔ Sweep, Mop and/or Vacuum all floor surfaces. ✔ Clean & Polish all interior/exterior glass surfaces and accessories ✔Clean & Disinfect bathrooms i.e., toilet, shower, tub and sink. ✔ Order & Restock/Replenish supplies (as needed or requested) ✔ Trash disposal and recycling (as required) ✔ Launder (as required or requested) SKILLS • Experienced in the proper use and operation of cleaning chemicals and equipment • Ability to work independently and without supervision • Ability to work quickly, yet proficiently • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written/oral) • Organized & Detailed • Professional appearance • Courteous, Respectful & Non-intrusive demeanor EXPERIENCE o One (1) year recent cleaning experience required TYPE OF JOB • Independent Contractor (1099) SCHEDULE • Tuesday thru Saturday or Sunday thru Friday, 8hours a day (flexible hours) COMPENSATION • $20/hr
