Fiberglass Laminator/Finisher

We are a high-end RV Manufacturer in Nokomis, FL looking for a fiberglass laminators and/or finishers to join our team. We've been in business for 36 years and are family owned and operated. We look at our employees as an extension of our family, not just a number on a pay stub. The job will consist primarily of hand laying up fiberglass small parts and fiberglass bodies. Those with extensive fiberglass experience will receive top wages. The job specifically will involve laying out fiberglass mat on the various molds (either individually on small parts molds or with a team in a large motorhome body mold) and rolling out the air. Prior fiberglass experience is preferred but not required. Prior experience operating a gel coat gun is a big plus. If applicant has no experience, we are willing to bring you in at an entry level wage and train you. All that is required to qualify is a good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to take instruction and perform medium duty tasks. All tools and personal protective equipment will be provided. Pay: 5+ Years Experience - $18.50 per hour No Experience, will train -$15.50 per hour Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am till 4:30pm with a 1/2 hour lunch from 12:00pm till 12:30pm. Some opportunity for overtime when production is needed.
