If you have at least Five Years of experience are a hard worker, punctual, have your own tools reliable transportation, are able to lift 50 pounds, and have good communication skills including a working knowledge of English, you are just the person we are looking for! Come join our small friendly crew in downtown Santa Monica, This is a full-time permanent position with room for growth.
Duties include carpentry, rough and finish, framing, drywall repair and install, plaster and painting, general repairs, and understanding of building systems, electrical and plumbing is a big plus.
