Leather Goods Assembly Pre & Post- Sew

We are looking for a team member to add to our shop in pre and post-sew assembly. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual that likes to work with their hands. This is a very small teamwork environment (5-10 people), assembling high quality leather goods. The workshop setting is small. We will train the right person to work with leather in pre and post-assembly. PRE AND POST SEW ASSEMBLY: • Working with leather sides and rubber, die cutting pieces • Applying adhesives, punching holes & adding snaps and rivets • Use of some light machines, hand presses, and leather punches • Must be good with your hands • Working in a production environment with fast paced holiday seasons • Experience preferred but not required for this position QUALIFICATIONS: • Good attitude & ready to work • Team player with high work ethic and crafting skills • Assembly, manufacturing or any other hand-work experience is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the US with proper documentation DUCHESS AND FOX We are a small manufacture of premium leather goods for baby/toddler/women. We are a fairly new company that has been in business for about seven years, only two of which we have had staffed.
