Starting pay rate: $17.35-18.35 per hour Benefits of working with us: Immediate room for growth Long-term positions Healthcare Accident Insurance & Employee Assistance Programs 401K Retirement Plan Weekly Pay Safety Incentives Training Programs, Advancement Opportunities Employee Referral Bonuses Boot Allowance Direct Hire after 60 days Available Shifts: 1st Shift - 6am - 2:30pm 2nd Shift - 4pm-12:30am Must be flexible with work schedule, including weekends Job Description: Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine Inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications Feeds product to conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding devices, and unloads packaged product Replenishes packaging supplies as needed Mounts supplies on spindles or places supplies in hopper or other feeding devices Positions and holds container in machine and depresses pedal, presses button, or moves lever to clean, glue, label, sew, or staple container Has the ability to operate at least 2 machines (Hayssen, Packline, AVM, Action Pac, Foremost, Yamato, Ishda, Viking, Haug) Job Requirements: Ability to carry/lift 50 pounds Able to walk and stand for long periods of time Willing to work in cold environment Must have reliable transportation For your safety, full COVID-19 procedures in effect daily.
