Biden is gaining bipartisan support for his infrastructuastucture deal

I appreciate very much that Biden has had the patience to make this a bipartisan bill. Biden does NOT need republican support to make this happen. Biden understands that this country needs to re-unify. Politicians will always disagree on certain things. But that does nato mean that they cannot work together in the name of progress. During Obama's 8 year presidency republicans criticized him for neglecting our infrastructure. In 2016 Trump promised during his campaign that he would fix our infrastructure. During his 4 year term Trump also neglected to fix our infrastructure. Joe Biden has made it his mission to get this done. And he is doing it the right way. Biden administration has worked hard to find compromise with the republicans to create a bill that works for both sides. Both sides have compromised. Now, we are seeing progress. This is a prime example of how our government should operate. Until we are able to do away with political parties in this nation altogether, this is the next best thing. Unity means progress.
