Hello there, I am hoping you can help me or point me to someone who can. I am helping someone that lost their job due to COVID -19.  As such, he is seeking assistance in obtaining a grant so he can get a van to transport non medical patients in and around the Tallahassee area Can you please assist me with this?  I really appreciate your help as he has been out of work since last March so your help is really important.   Thank you
