Officers Exited Their Cruiser And Made Contact With The Driver, A Cjis Inquiry Revealed That The Driver Had An Active Straight Warrant Issued Out For Assault And Battery With A Dangerous Weapon. As Officers Removed Him From The Motor Vehicle, They Recovered A Firearm From His Waistband. The Firearm Was Determined To Be A Taurus 740, .40 Caliber Loaded With Seven Rounds Ammunition
