Immediate opening for Consumer Electronics Distribution Company as Operations & Warehouse Manager. Candidate must manage and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and accurately managing inventory ensuring quality standards are met. Must be detail oriented, and able to handle multiple facets of the warehouse. Inventory accuracy, coordinate pick up and deliveries with our main office out of state as well as outside carriers. Must be able to drive forklift. Objectives of this Role • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency • People management and teamworking skills • Develop warehouse operations systems and Oversee daily operations • The ability to manage tight deadlines • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment • Ability to work without supervision • Responsible for keeping facility clean and secure. Ensures all equipment is stored at end of day and all doors and gates are secured. • Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. • Verifies receipt of each items, signs and attaches packing list to each bill of lading. Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse • Knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy • Good communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities PLEASE CONTACT: [email protected]
