We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER: We provide: Plumbing Emergency Services & Maintenance (Bonuses on Up-Sells) Drain Cleaning / Sewer Line Repairs & Replacements (Bonuses Total Sales) Water Damage Cleanup & Restoration (% Commission for referral) we do the service in-house You will be given a strong commission structure, you will be in full control of your output. Responsibilities and Duties Provide customers with solutions for their plumbing and other home comfort needs Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized plumbing system solution including our exclusive maintenance program Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold Build and maintain customer relationships Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends Qualifications High school or equivalent (Required) A criminal background check (Required) Driver's License (Required) In-home plumbing (5 years Required) US work authorization (Required) In-Home Sales: 4 years (preferred) Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Requirements At least 5 years of previous plumbing experience Pre-employment Drug, Background, and motor vehicle check Job Type: Full-time, Bonuses, Commission Pay: $68,000 - $144,000.00 per year GENEROUS sales compensation percentage, you are in full control of how much money you can make.
