Description

I have some moisture damage to a section of my front porch on two sides that attach to the home exterior walls. Wood rot was found in areas where the flashing has corroded and falling apart which caused the issue. The damage is behind tow of the ledgers that are secured to the house. In order to repair the damages the ledgers must be taken off and new flashing needs to be installed. Materials provided and the decking has been removed.
