We are looking for an experienced Purchasing manager who would be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and supervising other staff: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Negotiate with vendors on pricing • Monitor material stock levels and identify purchasing needs • Review purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies • Track orders and ensure timely delivery • Knowledge of building materials • Computer literate: MS Excel • Must be able to read blueprints • Strong communication skills • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail WAGES The position is salaried position Pay depends on experience and training, with a Salary range up to $70,000 plus Performance Based Bonus Genesis is growing rapidly and this position has the potential for further growth Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • 8-hour day shift • Monday to Friday Education: • Associate’s Degree (Preferred) Experience: • Prior purchasing experience (Required) • Purchasing: 5 years (Preferred) • Negotiation: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: • Orlando Division Office Work Remotely: • No
