Work for yourself! We will train you on how to take photos for the jobs you will receive. some experience is necessary. You will do a paid ride-along for a week to learn. After that, you will be qualified to complete this work on your own. Must be professional and be able to freely communicate with us. If riding along in my truck, you will need to be vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, no worries. Just drive behind me. Pay is $16 an hour+gas money during training. Once training is done, you can expect to average $1000-$2000 billing a week conservatively. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. We will provide locks and lock box's till you are able to purchase yourself (after your first 30 days) WORK AVAILABLE NOW. We are looking for vendors/contractors and handymen on Oahu and Maui to complete property preservation work. We are looking to add reliable vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans, and basic home repairs. Must have digital camera/smartphone to document before, during, and after stages of work, laptop/pc, smartphone, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background (need to be able to pass a background check), small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand, or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results on a daily basis which also includes on or before your due date. Immediate work is available for those with experience and who can pass a background check with Aspen Grove. For those with less experience, we can do training (must have some basic experience).
