Rehoming sweet chihuahua in need of help

A friend's elderly mother passed away recently and her 5 year old neutered male chihuahua was put with me to foster and find him a good home. He is a sweet dog EXCEPT he is not good with small children, older kids are fine. Biffy is in need of dental attention! I have contacted rescuers but everyone is full. Some of his teeth are rotting and he needs someone who can financially take care of that so do NOT contact me if you're not able to take care of him properly. I do not have any of his medical records but was told he was vaccinated and was on heartworm prevention. Sweet boy that is sometimes nervous with men but loves women. Growls at toddlers. Good with our cat, dogs and bunny. Likes to go places. If you or someone you know would like to give this sweet boy a second chance, please contact me!
