Hi -- I just did a refresh to an apartment I own, and I need some one to finish a few tasks that didn't get done. Probably a day of work, two max. -- level up two appliances -- replace a damaged kickboard (match stain, cut piece, install piece) -- replace missing molding -- Fix a kitchen drawer that's coming loose -- Maybe build a box around an electrical outlet if that's needed to bring it to code I can send photos of everything that needs to be done.
