Co-Op Building looking for Super in Elmhurst area, Queens NY. Candidates living in the neighborhood strongly preferred.
Job Duties & Requirements:
-must be able to follow routine cleaning and maintenance schedule
-perform general maintenance & repair including plumbing, electric, tile work, etc.
-must have practical plumbing and electric skills [minimum 2 years experience in construction preferred]
-sweep & mop common areas
-properly take care of garbage & recycling
-snow preparation and removal during winter months
-assist and provide access to all utility & contractual vendors
-have communication and time management skills
