Guest speaker Kionne McGhee joins the Rotary Club of Perrine-Cutler Ridge Palmetto Bay's monthly meeting. Kionne McGhee was elected as Commissioner of District 9 in 2020. His advocacy for community service is shown through his various implementations of programs.
