POLYFEST 2021 is kicking off with an intimate night with THE JETS on August 20, 2021at FOUR POINTS by SHERATON!!! Discovered in Minneapolis in the mid-1980’s, this group of brothers and sisters hit the music scene as teenagers and soared straight to the top with hits like, ‘Crush On You’, ‘You Got It All’ and ‘Make It Real’ to name a few.  In total they had 8 top ten hits on the dance, pop, r&b and adult contemporary charts. These songs are still in rotation on radio stations across America today! Originally from the island kingdom of Tonga in the South Pacific, The Jets have an international appeal attracting fans from all over the world.  •Nominated for an American Music Award in 1986 •Nominated for a Grammy in 1988 •Won Best New Group 1986 at the Tokyo Music Festival •Represented the Pacific Music Group in Seoul, Korea • 3 World Tours and 2 USO Tours to Asia and Europe •Sold over 3 million records on their first 3 records The group disbanded in 1997 as members married and started families of their own. In 2014 they released a record titled “Reunited”, but due to irreconcilable differences the band split into 2 groups and now perform separately as The Jets. Today Elizabeth, Moana, Kathi, Eddie and Natalia continue their legacy performing the songs so many fans have grown to love and are proud to celebrate more than 30 years in music.
