We are seeking a Receiving & Staging Specialist to manage the flow of parts and materials from our suppliers to our Field Technicians to support the needs of the customers we service. - Receive and open shipments of parts from suppliers for steam trap repairs and installations - Document and track parts arrival to ensure accuracy of delivery and inventory - Pull parts and materials requested for installations and repairs - Accurately and efficiently stage materials for each individual project to ensure Field Technicians have all the necessary supplies to complete job at customer sites - Ship parts to Field Technicians or job sites - Perform quality checks - Maintain the overall organization of the warehouse - Adhere to strict project timelines and deadlines - Follow standard operating procedures
