Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is New England’s largest one stop source for commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors & hardware, drywall & steel framing, insulation and exterior systems. We also offer a full line of specialty products including treated lumber, FRP panels, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, tools and fasteners. Kamco (dba O'Connor Door) is currently seeking a full-time Shipper/Receiver for its busy Needham, MA Door department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Duties and Responsibilities Receives, stores, and distributes materials and products per Kamco’s orders/paperwork. Including but not limited to the following: Receives in materials and conveys them to storage and/or other designated areas Pulls material per Kamco’s orders for delivery, customer pickup and transfers Communicate with shop manager and/or salesperson when an item will not ship Regularly operates a forklift and pallet jack Maintains work area - i.e., Materials returned to shelves, keep isles clean and accessible, sweeps, etc… Maintain/order stock items as needed Must follow all safety rules and policies, including all mandated safety protective equipment Normal working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Qualifications Must be detail oriented Experience as a shipper/receiver preferred, but will train the right individual Experience in Doors, Frames and Hardware a plus Must have computer experience Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
