Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Cable/wifi troubleshooting, performing light HVAC and plumbing work. • Smart-home and smart-lock installation. • Assisting in coordinating contractors for out-of-scope work like larger plumbing and electrician projects • Property maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) • Proven experience as handyman • Handyman: 2 years (Preferred) Working hours: 10a-5p Once we’ve received the above and had an opportunity to review, we will be in communication with you in order to let you know the status of your application and / or to schedule an interview.
