Description
A production worker may rotate from one job to another in all production lines, and able to follow instructions in different functions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sort and prepare fish for production.
• Handling of frozen and fresh fish.
• Clean fish (bone removals, headed, and others)
• ***Fillet fish (slicing, trimming)*** (required)
• Weigh, record weights, pack fish in boxes.
• Stack, palletize, and shrink-wrap boxes.
• Cleaning and packing of fish.
• Equipment monitoring and operation.
• Keep cleaning and organization of working area.
Job Requirements:
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Physically able to stand and work long hours (some jobs may have lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.)
• Able to get along well with co-workers and follow directions from supervisors.
• Able to work in a cold environment (refrigerated temperatures).
• Not afraid of hard work, be a teamwork.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Responsible with the schedule and work hours.
• Willing to follow company policies and safety & hygiene rules (GMP’s)
Overview:
• Full-Time (8-10 hours shift)
• Earning potential 17 h
• Work experience in food industry (required)
