Handyman needed for carpentry and window installations in the New Haven/ East Haven area. No heavy lifting is required. SPECIFICALLY: -Extensive knowledge in carpentry (decks, light framing, doors, windows, cabinets), basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic HVAC, light painting & taping, prep for inspections. No Roofing or siding. -Must be able to work off A-frame ladders and lift building materials, (6x6s, and sheetrock). -Know how to use a variety of tools and have a basic toolset. -A Driver’s License and MUST have own truck or van JOB DETAILS Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift with possibility of overtime (9:00AM to 5:00PM) Experience: Construction: 5 years (Preferred) CONTACT INFO: Gisel [email protected] Prime Management LLC 203-850-9726
