Looking for a farmhouse with a barn or shed

My name is Eric and I am an arthouse filmmaker, and I am currently looking for an indie-friendly location that is a farmhouse accompanied by either a large shed or barn. The idea is to have farmer type characters living on the premises (in the context of the movie) while one of them uses the shed/barn to paint. I could probably achieve what I want to do with three-days of filming. About the project: This is an out-of-pocket art film that will be taking me a couple years to finish. I'm looking to get going before fall foliage, but if I can't, then I'll DEFINITELY want to get going next summer. I am doing this in vignettes, so what I shoot now will be assembled and archived/backed-up until the other vignettes are completed. For most of the shoot, no more than five people will be involved, except for one moment where I need a few extras to stand about and observe the character's work (this will be determined by how many people I can find that can commute to the location).
