About this eventOne Heart Light offers meditation to sooth, actualize, and enhance every part of modern life. The event includes guided Heart Light Meditation, suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, the Heart Light Blessing Field, for deep meditation benefits, and exquisite music and silence. One Heart Light: Meditation & Blessing events deliver exactly what we need every time! Seating is limited, so pre-register. Chairs are available and even recommended. Yoga props and blocks are NOT provided. You are welcome to bring a blanket, additional cushions, or yoga props for comfort. Experience journals (digital or paper) are recommended to unpack everything that you experience. ** No shoes are allowed in the meditation hall. You will be able to place your shoes somewhere mindful.
