Whiskey Wednesday celebrating Highland Park in this Free Whiskey Tasting and Oyster Shucking Event The vikings are landing and bringing Highland Park whiskey with them. Come explore the balance of Highland Park and its viking roots with an Oyster Shuck too. Our Whiskey Wednesdays celebrate whiskey between 5:00-6:30pm with some history, knowledge and a free taste of Highland Park 12 and Cask Strength. As a special event, we will also be offering a tasting of the Highland Park 18 which matured 18 long years in an oak barrel.
