Shop till you drop at The Barns of Kanak located in Prince George with over 100 local vendors. Furniture, decor, gifts, food and more! Overview: Quaint and Quirky is excited to be hosting "A Quaint Vintage Market" December 18th and 19th from 10-6 each day. We've partnered with The Barns of Kanak a STUNNING venue located in Price George. This event will be filled with over 100 local vendors. Grab your family and shop decor, clothing, accessories, candles, bath & body, cookies and so much more! Details: This is a 2 day event, Saturday December 18th from 10-6 and Sunday December 19th from 10-6. Admission is free from 10-6 each day. There is an early bird ticket for each day available for purchase. This is an indoor/outdoor event. However all of the vendors will be located inside or under covered areas Location and address: The Barns of Kanak, 5503 Ruffin Rd, Prince George, VA 23875 Admission: FREE admission! However we are asking that everyone registers by grabbing a ticket. There is limited parking so in order for us to accommodate those attending the event we have created two ticketed time slots for each day. Morning admission (10-2) and Afternoon admission (2-6). This will allow everyone plenty of time to explore the venue and shop. You DO NOT have to have a ticket to attend this event but we strongly encourage signing up so we can plan accordingly. Early Bird Ticket: Early bird tickets are available for purchase. This will allow you to beat the crowd and shop early. Early Bird shoppers will also receive a FREE gift at check in. Early bird shopping starts at 9:30 am each day. Please arrive 15 to 30 mins early to allow for assisted parking and check in. At 10:00 am we will be letting in other quests. Early Bird tickets are $10 each. Limited tickets available. EARLY BIRD TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Arrival and Parking: Upon arrival there will be signs directing you to the gravel road entrance. There will also be parking coordinators to help with the ease of parking. Please be respectful of them and follow their instructions. Check in: There will be a check in table located near the parking lot. Everyone attending will be directed towards check in before entering. We will be handing out flyers that include a map of the venue as well as details for day of so you don't miss out on food, free gifts, raffles and more! There will be signs to help direct you towards check in. Raffles: We will have several gift baskets we will be raffling off throughout the day. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at check in. There will be a new raffle every hour. To ensure that you don't miss out on your prize we will be drawing and announcing a winner every hour. For example if you purchase your raffle ticket at 10:15 to go towards gift basket number 1 we will announce the winner of that basket at 11. If you purchase a raffle ticket at 11:15 to go towards gift basket number 2 we will announce the winner at 12. Prizes are to be picked up at the check out table on your way out. You can find the check out table near the parking lot under "Hitching Post". Shopping: Cash and Cards will be accepted but not all vendors will be able to accommodate all cards. If your hands are full we will have staff available to grab your bags and hold them with your name at the check out table. The check out table will be located under the "Hitching Post" on your way to the parking lot. Check out: We ask that everyone stops by the checkout table before leaving. The check out table will be located under the "Hitching Post" near the parking lot. We will have a FREE gift for anyone who is willing to fill out a survey and tell us how they enjoyed our event and what they would like to see next time.
