Found a dog late at night by Frame road in Newburgh (7/28/21). Dog is a female Pit Bull, looks under a year old. Dark brown brindle with a white chest. Skinny but otherwise healthy. Had a collar, so I'm assuming she slipped out of someone's house a few days ago. Send a pic of the dog or describe the collar so I know you're the owner.
