I have a duplex in Reno that needs a minor permit for siding and roof tear off. I'm looking for someone with a contractor license who can pull the permit and work with me. I do renovations in CA but apparently Reno doesn't work with Owner/builder for a duplex. If you're a 1 man show or have some SUBs let's talk. I pay CASH every time and I have workers also.
