Help with Ford Ranger frame or leads to someome

I have the 2004 Ford Ranger rear frame failing -- classic problem and the truck will soon crack in half and is parked awaiting a solution or decision on my end. The truck is in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts. This job is entirely over my head and seeking someone who knows how to do this job or welds or whatever, somewhere in the greater New England area. Or please point me in the right direction. Of course concerned about throwing good money after bad. The truck is mechanically sound, functional and relatively low mileage, aside from the frame issue. Any nudges in the right direction would be great. I have seen Youtube videos of guys doing this repair in both Maine and Rhode Island (either would be viable locations), but haven't been able to make contact.
