Vendors Wanted…Vendor Fee $75
Your payment verifies your consent to the following:
To register as a vendor, there is a non-refundable fee of $75 paid via Eventbrite. This verifies your participation in the Labor Day Pop-Up Shop event being held Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 11am-4pm at the American Legion Hall, 17034 Page Ave, Hazelcrest, IL 60429. THIS EVENT IS INDOORS & OUTDOORS.
In the event of a stay at home order, riot, act of God or any occurrence beyond our control, the Labor Day Pop-Up Shop event will be rescheduled for a later date. If this event is canceled, this contract will become null and void and all vendors will receive a full refund.
Unless vaccinated, MASKS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL PARTICPANTS at ALL TIMES.
ALL VENDORS must bring their own table. ONLY ONE VENDOR PER TABLE. Two(2) chairs will be provided per vendor. Please bring your own linen. Vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands; HOWEVER, you CANNOT utilize more than one(1) vending space unless you purchase more.
Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited. Please bring an extension cord or power strip to help accommodate your needs. The Pop-Up Shop event will start at 11am and will end at 4pm on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Vendors will be allowed access to the event space for setup beginning at 10am.
Just Us Events and The American Legion are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the premises. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
Promoting this event is a shared responsibility. We encourage you to invite your customer base to come out to the pop up shop event to maximize your profitability.
