Enjoy live music & dinner with saxophonist Greg Chambers and band as he celebrates the release of his sixth album, "No Looking Back". Tickets include a catered dinner provided by GVA Cafe, live music & dancing, and a free CD (one per couple) in a beautiful hillside winery located in the eastern foothills of Morgan Hill, Castillo's Winery. EVENT TIMELINE: 6:00pm - venue open / wine & beverages available for purchase 6:30pm - buffet dinner (see menu below) 7:30 to 9:00pm - live music set & dancing (Greg Chambers Band) - album singles & danceable cover tunes BUFFET MENU ITEMS: Main courses CHICKEN PICCATA - tender breast of chicken marinated in a white wine caper sauce with fresh sliced garlic cloves TRI TIP- Cooked to perfection and thinly sliced simmered in au-jus sauce and served with red roasted peppers on the side Veggies CHARRED ASPARAGUS sautéed in butter TENDER GREEN BEANS tossed in minced garlic sauce Side dish ANGEL HAIR PASTA MARINATED IN OLIVE OIL AND HERBS DE PROVENCE- served with fresh grated Parmesan cheese on the side Salad GREEK SALAD - diced English cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and pitted kalamata olives, tossed with fresh oregano in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing with feta cheese on the side Vegan and vegetarian options as requested will be accommodated.
