Join the San Antonio Lighthouse and our partners for an amazing day as we explore the TX State Aquarium in Corpus Christi! SALBVI has teamed up with the South Texas Lighthouse and ESC 2 to provide a day of educational and amazing experiences! Texas State Aquarium showcases an astonishing variety of marine species, colorful and each with their own unique characteristics.The exhibits are divided according to geographic region, featuring animals from the Gulf of Mexico and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Break into the mesmerizing secrets of the underwater world or journey through jungles with tropical plants and trees, flamingos, a sloth, toucan, tortoises, crocodiles and much more.Doors open at 9:30 am. Bring sunscreen, hats, and any other sun gear you may need! Lunch will be provided. Please check in with us at the door for admission and lunch tickets!We can't wait to see you! The San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind Children & Youth Program provides training to blind or visually impaired children and their families. The training focuses on providing the tools necessary to assist the children in acquiring the skills they need to gain independence and succeed in their academic training and life.
