5 YEAR + EXPERIENCE Must be able to perform Preventative maintenance on diesel and gas fueled generators including load bank testing and building load transfers. Inspect, repair, perform preventative maintenance and service to residential standby generators Test, troubleshoot and operate automatic transfer switches Perform start-ups Perform warranty work Thoroughly document all services performed Maintain part inventory in service truck Perform diagnostic testing, pulling cable, caring tools and other items. Communicate with customers and dealers in the support of generator troubleshooting. Follow all safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment. Other duties as required. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform maintenance on equipment according to standard procedures in an efficient manner.
