Tree trimming and removal!

Still looking for Arborist or tree trimming/removal help. Would consider working with another Arborist, climber, or tree crew. 1. I am a licensed/insured Arborist with 15 years of experience. 2. I own a new boom truck/crane, new chipper, new chipper truck, mini-skid with grapple, lots of chainsaws, etc. 3. I work and I don't mess around... no excuses, no complaints, I simply show up and do the work I say I'll do when I say I will do it. My skill level in a bucket truck taking down trees is expert along with running a mini-skid, chipper, etc. I own a 60ft crane capable of lifting 6,000lb. Extensive experience with chainsaws of all types. I own/operate a trimming and removal business and have been doing this for 15 years. My business has grown over the years so I've decided to search for some quality help. I am in the process of becoming a single member LLC - until then I am a sole proprietor. I am looking for 1-2 people who wish to learn how to be an Arborist. Pay depends on you - showing up on time, working, following directions/willingness to learn, etc. No drug/alcohol abuse, valid driver's license, etc., I run a clean operation and play by the rules. For the right person or persons, I will pay very well relative to what other Arborists or companies pay their help but more importantly I will show you how to become a self-employed licensed/insured Arborist in charge of their own professional lives and the pay/benefits that go along with it - I have done this for several people and now they are their own boss, make 2-4 times the money they used to and can shape their own future and that of their family.
