Job description POP Fit X Cheek Boss Warehouse (Leggings and Undies) HIGHLIGHTS= 40-Hours Guaranteed, Incentives, Optional Overtime, GUARANTEED RAISES, Small Team, Day Shift, Small Packages, High-Volume (won’t be bored), No Experience Required APPLY HERE- We are an incentive based warehouse. You start at $10/hr with $2/hr incentives per week PLUS Optional Overtime (meaning that you pick). Starting Pay Up to $600/week (w/ incentives and overtime). After 2-years with us, you can make up to $860 per week w/ incentives and overtime. TRAINING BONUS *$320 Bonus - Successfully complete your 35-day Training and Evaluation Period and receive a $320 Guaranteed Bonus! PAY *Starting 1-6 Months = $10/hr +$2/hr incentives = $12/hr *Guaranteed +$1.00 RAISE @ 6 Months *Guaranteed +$2.00 RAISE @ 12 Months *Guaranteed +$2.00 RAISE @ 24 Months HOURS *40 Hours Guaranteed every week / Your schedule is posting weekly *Most Weeks YOU pick if you want 40 Hrs or 48 Hrs for the following week *Up to 8 Hours of Overtime Offered Weekly paid at 1.5x ($120 - $180 per week OT) *Day Shift Only- Start between 6:30am and 7:30am, end between 3:00pm and 4:00pm DUTIES *Stocking Items – Check sku/ size accuracy while stocking product *Receiving Inventory - Receive inventory off containers into our computer system *Picking Orders - Collecting items in the warehouse to fulfill orders. *Quality Control – Check all items to ensure they are in good condition *Pack Orders – Be sure the pickers have picked the correct items for the order *Shipping Orders – Label packages and sort the mail PERFORMANCE & ACCURACY *There are minimum Performance & Accuracy that you have to maintain weekly in every department. We are a busy fast-paced warehouse and you won’t be bored here and the days go by fast! *There are bonuses weekly for hitting goals for your Performance & Accuracy. You have a chance every week to hit your goals. REQUIRED OVERTIME *48 Hour Overtime Weeks are required when we run an online sale. Estimated 5 to 7 sales per year for estimated 2 weeks for each sale. ATTENDANCE *You get 20 Points per year. You decide how you use your points. Example- (1 point = pre-approved/excused absences) (2 points for day off unexcused callouts) (Yes, you do lose points for being tardy, so please be on-time!). REQUIREMENTS *Responsible, dependable and honest *Must have a strong sense of urgency *Must be at least 18 years old *Fluency in both written and spoken English *Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 40lbs *Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations *Specific vision abilities required to include (with or without corrective lenses): close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus *Able to withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment including changes in temperature and humidity and exposure to dust *Move about inside a warehouse without climate control, standing and walking for up to an entire shift, year-round *Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time. *Must be able to constantly position self to access product locations (stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach) *Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance Equal Opportunity Employer.
