Express Facility Management is currently hiring experienced a Janitorial Cleaner responsible for cleaning and ensuring that the offices, hallways, stairs, and other areas within the building are clean and orderly condition. Full-Time, Part-Time and On Call positions available ($15-$16 per hour) Responsibilities Include: *Ability to perform hands-on janitorial duties (Vacuum rugs and carpets, Empty trash containers, Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, buff floors, Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items) *Maintains inventory of custodial equipment and supplies and ensures that adequate levels of stock are maintained *Experience in janitorial operations *Perform general labor as needed, including minor repairs Requirements *Must be able to pass a background check *Must have reliable transportation *Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred *High School Diploma or GED
