Needs Experienced Owner: I adopted a two year old male dog a few months ago from Heidis Village. He was found roaming around in phoenix. He is an amazing dog, very smart, loyal and just wants to be with his human. He is crate trained, potty trained, knows sit, stay, shake, laydown and roll over. very eager to learn and please. Only barks when someone is at the door, otherwise a very quiet dog. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, recently received flea treatment. he will come with food, crate, toys, leash, treats, dog bed, extra flea medicine and a harness. i travel a lot for work, he gets car sick for car rides longer than 30 min despite medication. i drive in the car multuple times a week to and from work. I also was hoping to be able to bring him to my job as i work 24 hour shifts but unfortunately he is too nervous meeting new people. He isnt a dog you cant just walk up to and pet. He will growl and occasionally bark. My life is nomadic and its apparent that he really thrives when he gets to stay in his home, with his human. he would do best with someone with a more stable lifestyle, where he can watch over his house and his human. Also someone that recognizes he will need to get used to you for a little bit. it oy took him a couple hours with me and then he was snuggling with me and being the best dog. he doesnt show any dog aggression, but i gave no other pets and needs a home without small children. heidis village is aware im trying to re-home. they will also be involved.
