Chocolate After Dark with Chocolatier Erika Cline Chocolate making and Spirit Tasting Workshop - August 27 at 7pm Chocolate After Dark Wine and chocolate workshop. Each person would be taught how to make a chocolate bar, truffles, bark and cluster then included would be a chocolate tasting with wine-beer-rum and tequila. Our guest chocolatiers will receive an apron, and chocolate kit to start the workshop and have a chocolatey great time.
