Description
Local Property Management company looking for a full time commercial Janitorial / Maintenance person. This position provides external commercial building janitorial and light maintenance as well as hospitality maintenance support. Must be a team player and jump in to help all departments.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
On call and weekends as required
Able to communicate effectively in English
Professional in demeanor and appearance - Customer service oriented
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with reliable transportation
Working knowledge of general plumbing, basic electrical, and general building maintenance
Background checks will be performed for final candidates
