Using the Strength research, you will get crystal clear on You-the source and zone of Your genius, to build a clear path for your clients. Great leaders understand that in order to guide others boldly, they must first do the internal work authentically. Having a deep understanding of your clients is essential in the counseling relationship, but laying the foundation for action is key. This workshop will help you lay the foundation by utilizing your client's strengths. This event requires the participant to have taken the Clifton Strengths Assessment (34 preferred, minimum of top 5 required) within the past 3 years.
