Come learn how to make fresh, authentic pasta during this hands-on pasta making class at Giulia. Discover the art of pasta making by joining us for Giulia's Pasta Making Class: Pesto Pappardelle on August 17th. From mixing the ingredients to kneading and cutting the dough, you will learn every step of making pasta all by yourself. Throughout the class our Chef will teach you tricks for making the perfect pasta; from the different uses for different flours, to the best sauces for each noodle and ingredients you can source from your own pantry. Your hands-on cooking class at Giulia culminates with a delicious 3 course meal, paired with wines. The evening will start and end in the relaxed environment of Giulia's private dining room, but each class will head down to the main kitchen where they will roll and cut their dough on Giulia's custom pasta table. Your ticket includes the cooking class, 3 course dinner, wine pairings, a Giulia apron, and pasta & pesto to take home. Must be of legal drinking age to attend.
