This workshop teaches your girl alongside you all about menstrual health, hormones, hygiene, and much more, all from a biblical mindset! Give the special girl in your life the amazing gift of having a positive mindset about her body and how it is designed by God! Girls ages 8+ (with their mothers/mentors) are invited on a weekend journey to learn about: -women's health & menstruation -gear for our cycles -mental health & basic hormones -whole-body wellness & rejuvenation -erasing a spirit of fear -celebrating our cycles and more! About the instructor: Taught by a well-respected Christian doula, breastfeeding counselor, and childbirth educator in the Jacksonville metro area. Girls will learn the facts from the Bible and other trusted sources, and have fun while learning about how God created their bodies! $85.00 per mother/mentor & daughter team - includes student workbook, handouts, crafts, tea & snack. $60 per each additional daughter. You can also pay in advance for younger daughters to join a future workshop! $42.50 for single parent & daughter team - includes student workbook, handouts, crafts, tea & snack.
