We're Looking for a positive, motivated person who can work alongside with a Team and who is responsible for ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency within the assigned areas. The Warehouse Lead receives direction from Warehouse Supervisor and / or Manager and carries out instructions based on given directive. The Lead is responsible for following and enforcing all safety policies. Responsibilities: Ensure safe and accurate receiving and loading of all products Conduct inventory counts and audits Receive and process returns from customers Organize and stage product Ship/Receive/Validate all product deliveries and returns Load/Unload Product (Forklift experience required) Complete facility security/safety inspections Provide coaching and feedback to team members Communicate effectively via telephone, email and instant message with operations, customer service and our customers regarding product condition and special requests. Open and inspect merchandise as required Execute work safety programs and training General housekeeping of the warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing etc. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor. Detail oriented, able to accurately complete logs and paperwork and take photos of product Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift Demonstrates confidence and influence in leading team to achieve daily goals Skilled communicator who can set clear expectations with direct reports and communicate effectively with other team members Ability to provide training and development for direct reports Provides excellent role model, peer leadership and positive influence to fellow team members Possesses exceptional work ethic, energy and drive Ability to handle physical requirements, including but not limited to repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting up to 75 lbs.
